女,湖南人,汉族,硕士研究生导师。2021年在美国北卡罗莱纳大学教堂山分校传播学系获哲学博士学位。现任湖南大学新闻与传播学院助理教授,承担逻辑学、质化研究方法、国际传播研究专题、新闻传播理论研究等课程的教学。研究领域为跨文化交流、发展与国际传播、组织沟通、工作身份认同、媒介建构和质化研究方法。主持国家社会科学基金项目一项。在牛津百科全书、威利-布莱克维尔百科全书、Health Communication, Management Communication Quarterly以及国际传播协会(ICA)主办期刊Communication, Culture & Critique发表文章多篇。在国际传播学会(ICA)、全美传播学会(NCA)等国际会议上多次组织和参与专题研讨、做学术报告。现担任期刊Communication Studies编委会成员。
